SPICY ARTICHOKE DIP

1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained, and coarsely chopped
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp diced green chile peppers, drained
2 tsp drained and chopped pickled jalepeno peppers
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1 clove garlic, minced
paprika
toasted baguette slices
Recipe
In a large bowl combine chopped artichoke hearts, mayo, parmesan cheese, green chile peppers, cumin, pickled jalepeno peppers, and garlic. Spoon artichoke mixture into an ungreased casserole . sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350* oven about 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly, Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with chips.
