    1/2 cup chopped nasturtium blooms
    (1) 8 oz. package of cream cheese
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    nasturtium blooms for a garnish

    Recipe



    Select blooms for the dip. Make sure the nasturtiums you select have not been treated with any chemicals while they were growing. For a vibrantly colorful dip, pick scarlet or orange flower petals. Rinse the blossoms in cold water to keep them fresh and crisp. Then chop a half a cup of flowers. Put them into a blender or a food processor. Add an 8 ounce package of cream cheese and a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Blend thoroughly, occasionally scraping the cheese off the side. Transfer mixture to another bowl and garnish it with a few extra blooms. Keep it chilled until you're ready to serve with crackers or vegetables.
