Horseradish Deviled Eggs

List of Ingredients




1 dz eggs, boiled and cooled
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 c sour cream
1 TBS dijon mustard
1 TBS horseadish, prepared
4 pieces bacon, cooked and shredded
4 scallions, chopped fine

Recipe



Slice boiled eggs lengthwise. Put egg yolk into a small bowl and mash them with the back of a spoon. Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard horseradish. When yolk mixture is smooth, stir in bacon and scallions. Stuff egg whites with the yolk mixture.
