List of Ingredients




12 eggs
1/2 cup sausage, cut in small pieces
2 cups of chopped vegetables (red & green bell pepper, potaotoes, onions, mushrooms, olives, brocolli, cauliflower, zuchinni, squash
1/2 cup assorted shredded cheese
1/2 sour cream
3 Tblsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
salt
pepper


Recipe



Heat oven to 350 degree F.

Brown sausage and vegetables with olive oil and garlic in large cast iron skillet. Season with salt and peppers.

Scramble eggs in bowl and transfer to skillet. Add cheese and sour cream. Combine.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until eggs have set.
