    10 eggs
    4 tablespoons heavy cream
    1 (4 ounce) can green chiles, diced
    2 tablespoons salsa
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
    1 tablespoon onion, diced
    1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.

    Beat the eggs and cream.

    Add all ingredients except 1/2 cup of the cheese and blend well.

    Pour into an 8x8" glass baking dish.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

    Bake for 40 minutes.

    Cut into 6 pieces.

    Serve at once.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
