Great for brushing on pizza dough or dipping bread.

Serves: 4

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. black pepper


Recipe



Puree ingredients in a blender and store in a small covered jar.

Serving Suggestion: Brush oil sauce on pizza dough, sprinkle on desired cheese, then add toppings. Cook just like sauced pizzas, but you may need to reduce cooking time by a minute or two
