1/4 C. butter
6-ounces or 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 C. corn syrup
1 t. vanilla extract
1-1/2 C. sifted confectioners' sugar
2 C. crisp rice cereal
Recipe
Into a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter, chips, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar until well mixed. Add cereal. Stir until evenly coated. Press mixture into 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
