Honey Nut White Fudge

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2/3 c. undiluted carnation evaporated milk
1½ c. sugar
2 c. miniature (4 oz) marshmallows
2 c. nestle(12-oz. pkg) toll house premier white morsels
1 liter ½ c honey roasted peanuts -- divided
2 t. vanilla extract
Recipe
COMBINE butter, evaporated mink & sugar in med, heavy saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over med-heat,stirring constantly. Boil for 4½-5 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. STIR in marshmallows,morsels,1 c. peanuts & vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 min.or until marshmallows are melted.Pour into foil-lined 9" sq-baking pan. Coarsely chop remaining peanuts; sprinkle over fudge & press in. Chill until firm. Remove foil before cutting into sqs.
