Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 15×10×1-inch baking pan. Combine all dry ingredients for bars in large bowl; mix well. Add eggs, pumpkin and oil. Stir until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Mix frosting ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Frost cooled bars. Cut into squares. Decorate as desired.

Quick Melted Chocolate for Piping Place 1/4 cup chocolate chips in small resealable plastic bag. Seal. Place in bowl of very warm water, being careful to keep interior of bag dry. Knead chocolate occasionally until melted. Dry bag thoroughly. Cut small opening in tip of bag. Squeeze chocolate out to pipe on decorations. Chocolate can also be melted in plastic bag in microwave oven. Microwave on MEDIUM for 30 seconds at a time, checking and kneading chocolate until melted.
