    1 gal. apple cider
    Cinnamon
    Cinnamon candies
    Vanilla (or cinnamon) ice cream

    Recipe



    Fill one cup 3/4 full with apple cider; add a pinch of cinnamon.

    Microwave 45-60 seconds. Add a dollop of ice cream and top with a few cinnamond hearts or balls.

    Or, fill crock pot with cider; add cinnamon to taste. Simmer in crock pot on low three to four hours, or on high one to two hours. Fill cups 3/4 full and add a dollop of ice cream and top with a few cinnamon candies.

    Can be served in a heat resistent punch bowl with ice cream floating meltingly in center!
