    CINNAMON VANILLA ICE CREAM

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups whipping cream
    2 cups half and half
    1 cup Splenda (or sugar substitute of choice)
    1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons Davinci Vanilla Sugar Free Syrup
    1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in metal ice cream can. (I mix with an electric hand mixer) Cover, refrigerate 30 mins. to overnight. Freeze as directed with ice cream maker. Overnight refrigeration seems to increase firmness. But, in need, 30 mins. will do. I have used various DaVinci Syrups, Raspberry with the Vanilla and without, it is all good! Flavors choices of syrup are limitless, you could always omit the cinnamon, but it is excellent in ice cream. Plus, this is a simple and quick recipe. Makes approx. 2 quarts, approx. 5 carbs per serving. Serving size approx. 1/2 cup.
