    Use lemon jello and add 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese.

    List of Ingredients




    1 (6 oz.) package Apricot jello
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup milk

    Recipe



    Combine the Apricot jello and boiling water and stir until disolved. Add the cream cheese to the hot jello and beat until smooth. Add the pineapple with juice and the milk. Stir until blended. Then stir in the Cool Whip blending well.

    Chill until firm before serving.
