    * 1 teaspoon ground cloves
    * 1 teaspoon ground allspice
    * 1 teaspoon ground ginger
    * 3/4 teaspoon salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    * 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
    * 1 cup finely chopped onion
    * 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
    * 1 tablespoon TABASCO(R) brand Pepper Sauce

    Recipe



    Combine dry seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over ground beef; add onion, mint, and TABASCO(R) brand Pepper Sauce and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

    Preheat grill to medium heat. Shape beef mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and thread onto six skewers; flatten meatballs slightly. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.

    Makes 6 servings.
