EASY CRESCENT PIZZA-WICHES

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion or 2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
8 oz. can (1 cup) tomato sauce
1 1/2-oz. package (5 tablespoons) spagetti sauce mix
Two 8-oz. cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
4 slizes (6 oz) Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoons margarine, melted
Grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe
Preheat oven to 375. In frying pan, brown ground beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in tomato sauce and spagetti sauce mix; simmer 5 minutes. Separate each can of Pillsbury crescent dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Cut each cheese slice into fourths crosswise. Place piece of cheese on one end of crescent rectangle. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture onto cheese. Top with another cheese piece. Fold dough in half over meat and cheese; press edges to seal. Place on two ungreased cookie sheets. Brush with margarine and sprinkle with Parmesean cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
