Melt in your Mouth Pork Tenderloin

List of Ingredients
4 lbs pork tenderloin
MARINADE
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 scallions[stems only]chopped
3/4 cup dry white wine
GRAVY FOR ROASTED PORK
1 pkg Knorr demi-glace
1/2 cup plum sauce
1 tbs honey
2 tbs cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Place pork in marinade and marinate overnight.
Place meat and marinade in roasting pan in a 475o oven for 15 min. Lower temperature to 325o and cover with foil. Cook for 3 hours; Remove meat to a platter and let rest 1/2 hour before slicing and serving.
Gravy
Disolve cornstarch in water and add the ingredients for the gravy[above] and add to the juices left in the roasting pan
Heat on stovetop until gravy thickens. Serve over meat.
