    Balsamic Mustard Marinade

    Makes 1/4 cup, enough for 1-1/2 pounds of meat

    2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

    Recipe



    1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Makes enough for about 1-1/2 pounds of meat.


    Suggested Uses: This marinade works well with beef, pork, chicken, and turkey. Highly recommend with ribeye steaks, beef fillets, and other beefsteaks. If using a cut of meat that has a long cooking time only apply as a brush-on at the end of cooking time. Makes 1/4 cup, enough for 1-1/2 pounds of meat.

    Note: For long-cooking cuts of meat, brush the mixture on during the last 20 minutes of grilling.
