    Crust
    1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    1/2 teaspoon mint extract
    3 tablespoons flour

    Topping
    1 (10 ounce) package vanilla flavored milk chips (white chocolate)
    9 round peppermint candies (1/2 cup crushed)
    1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine cookie dough, extract and flour in bowl. Spread dough evenly into a 14-inch circle on the 15-inch” baking stone with dough and pizza roller. Flour dough and pizza roller if necessary. Bake for 20 minutes.

    As cookie is baking, chop mints and walnuts finely with the food chopper. Remove baked cookie from oven and immediately sprinkle vanilla chips evenly over cookie crust. Wait 2 to 3 minutes. Spread chips evenly into a thin layer with icing spreader. Sprinkle mints and nuts over vanilla layer. Run serrated knife or spatula under crust to loosen from stone. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut with pizza cutter into squares and serve.
