    Shrimp Angel Hair with Lemon Caper Cream

    8 oz Angel Hair Pasta
    1 lb(s) Shrimp
    2 cup(s) Heavy Cream
    2 oz White Wine
    2 Lemons, juiced
    2 Tbsp Capers
    1 tsp Chopped Garlic
    1 tsp Chopped Parsley
    2 oz Olive Oil
    White Pepper (to taste)
    Salt (to taste)

    Recipe



    1) Heat oil in saute pan. Add garlic sauté for 1 minute or until garlic is soft, not brown. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.

    2) Add wine, capers and lemon juice; cook until reduced by half.

    3) Add cream; cook for 2 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.

    4) Season sauce with salt, white pepper and parsley.

    5) In separate pot, cook pasta as directed. Drain and toss pasta in sauce; coat well and serve.
