Custard Cheesecake Pie

List of Ingredients




1 pie cramcracker pie shell
1 8oz ccream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/4 teaspoon nut meg
1/4teaspoon cinnamen
1 can carnation evaporated milk
and one can of chery pie filling (not or any flavor you like)


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl cream together cream cheese, sugar and spices; after creamed add in eggs one at a time mixing well then slowly add canned milk until mixed well. Pour into prepared pie shell. Bake in 350 oven until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. (note for fall and winter you may add pumpkin to the ingredients. Will make two pies when pumpkin is added and use one cup sugar insted of 1/2 ) when pie is cooled let cool then put pie filling on top and serve.
