    1 pkg. brownie mix (13x9 inch pan size)
    2 pkgs. (one 8 oz., one 3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    1 carton (16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
    2 cups cold milk
    1 pkg.(3.9 oz.) instant choc. pudding mix
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Prepare and bake brownie mix as directed, using a greased 9x13 inch pan.
    Cool completely.
    In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar for 2 mins.
    Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
    Spread over cooled brownies.
    In another bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix , beat until smooth.
    Refrigerate for 5 mins.,spread over the cream cheese layer.
    Spread with remaining whipped topping-sprinkle with pecans.

    12-15 servings.
