    1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 8oz pkg cool whip
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Beat cream cheese until nice and smooth. Beat in sour cream until smooth then add cool whip also until smooth. Adding the ingredients one at a time makes for a nice smooth and unlumpy cheese cake. Also if they are at room temperature it makes for easy mixing. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. You can swirl in any ingredient (dry) to make it to your liking ex. cookie crumbs, choc. chips. Or leave plain. Pour mixture into a large premade grahmcracker crust. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, overnight is best. If you want a fruity cheese cake after it has set add any flavor of pie filling to top and let refrigerate for an additional hour. My favorite is cherry. Cut, serve and enjoy! Keep leftovers refrigerated.
