    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/4 lb.)
    1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
    1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Recipe



    PLACE chicken in large skillet; top with salsa and broth. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
    STIR in rice; sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Reduce heat to low.
    SIMMER 5 minutes.
