List of Ingredients




1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (like Pillsbury)
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar



Recipe



Crumble then press 2/3 of the cookie dough into the bottom of an ungreased 8 or 9" pan. Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar and pour over cookie dough. Crumble remaining cookie dough evenly over the top. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or just until it starts to brown around the edges and filling seems set. (filling will remain fairly soft but not runny).
