Fireman Dan's Chocolate Cream Pie

List of Ingredients




4 Hershey bars 1.55 ounces each -- broken up
1/4 Cup Milk
3 Ounce Cream Cheese softened
8 Ounce Whipped Topping -- frozen thawed
1 Package Pie Crust -- chocolate


Recipe



Break up Hershey bars. Add to milk in microwave dish or glass measuring cup. Microwave to melt chocolate. With electric mixer, blend chocolate and milk mixture. Add cream cheese and blend well. Fold in 1/2 cup thawed whipped topping (Cool Whip). Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until set. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with bits of shaved chocolate, if desired. You will have to buy an extra bar of chocolate to make chocolate shavings. To freeze: Cover with the crust's plastic lid and freeze pie. To serve: Thaw, serve and enjoy. Makes 1 pie
