    List of Ingredients




    1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" thick pieces
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
    4 cups packaged coleslaw mix
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    4 10" flour tortillas
    8 tsp no sugar added plum fruit spread

    Lightly spray skillet with non-stick spray.

    Saute and stir chicken for 2 mins.

    Add ginger, garlic and pepper flakes; saute another 2 mins.

    Add teriyaki sauce and stir to combine [if too thick add 2 tbs water].

    Add cole slaw mix and green onions; saute for another 4 mins. until cabbage is crisp tender.

    On each tortilla, spread 2 tsp of fruit spread.

    Spoon chicken mixture down center of tortilla.

    Roll up.
