Asian Style Peanut BBQ Sauce

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
6 tbl rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbl hoisin sauce
2 tbl brown sugar
1 tbl Asian sesame oil
1 tbl chile paste
1 tbl grated fresh ginger
1 serrano chile minced
1 tsp chile oil

Recipe



Spoon the peanut butter into a blender or food processor. Add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, the brown sugar, sesame oil, chile paste, ginger, minced chile and the chile oil. Process the sauce until smooth. This recipe yields about 1 1/2 cups.
