    List of Ingredients




    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 ea Onion, Carrot, Celery stick finely chopped
    2 clove(s) Finely Chopped Garlic
    8 oz Ground Beef
    6 oz Skinned Italian Sausage
    1 cup(s) Red Wine
    18 oz Chopped Tomatoes Crushed (ground)
    1 tsp Chopped Rosemary
    1 tsp Chopped Sage
    Salt (as needed)
    Pepper (as needed)

    Recipe



    1) Heat oil in a large pan.

    2) Add celery, carrot, onion, garlic and cook gently about 5 minutes.

    3) Add the meat, cook 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    4) Deglaze pan with wine, let reduce.

    5) Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients, simmer slowly about 1 hour.

    6) Toss and serve over fresh, hot pasta.
