    1/2 cup chopped green onions, divided
    2 tablespoons FLEISCHMANN'S® Original Margarine
    1 (14-1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
    1 (14-1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 (10-ounce) package couscous
    1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

    Recipe



    1. Cook and stir 1/3 cup green onions in margarine in saucepan over medium heat until tender. Stir in broth, stewed tomatoes, cumin and chili powder. Heat to a boil; remove from heat.

    2. Stir in couscous and beans. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Stir couscous mixture to fluff. Spoon couscous mixture into serving bowl; sprinkle with cheese and remaining green onions. Serve hot.
