    1 pouch Campbell's® Dry Onion Soup and Recipe Mix
    1/2 cup water
    2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin OR boneless top round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    2 medium green OR red peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2 cups)

    1. Mix soup mix, water, oil, thyme, black pepper and garlic powder in large shallow nonmetallic dish. Add beef and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

    2. Remove beef from marinade. On four long skewers, thread beef and peppers alternately.

    3. Place kabobs on lightly oiled grill rack over medium-hot coals. Grill uncovered to desired doneness (allow 20 min. for medium), turning and brushing often with marinade. Serves 4.
