List of Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 pounds), cut into chunks
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
2 cups (8 ounces) elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4 pound (12 ounces) VELVEETA® Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Recipe
1. Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
2. Stir in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
3. Add VELVEETA and broccoli; stir until VELVEETA is melted.
Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Rice Substitute 2 cups uncooked MINUTE® Rice for macaroni. Cook chicken as directed. Add broth; bring to boil. Add rice, VELVEETA and broccoli; stir. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir until melted.
