    1 Large Orange, cut in quarter, pealed, each quarter cut in half
    1/4 Cup Orange Juice Concentrate, with pulp, thawded to liquid
    1/4 Cup water or Vanilla Flavored Soy Milk
    1 Scoop Vanilla or Natural Flavored Soy Powder (25 grams of protein!)
    3 Scoops Vanilla Ice-Cream
    1 Cup Crushed Ice

    Add cut up orange to blender. Add orange juice concentrate and water (or vanilla soy milk). Add vanilla ice-cream to blender. Turn blender on high until smooth. With blender on high, sift (to keep it from lumping up) the soy powder into blender. Add crushed ice slowly. If mixture in blender stops turning or is just too thick for you, add a little water or soy milk until it is the consistancy you like. Pour into tall glass and enjoy! Take your Double X Vitamins, or any daily vitamins you take, with this very nice orange Smoothie as breakfast and you will be set to start the day! It is also good for lunch too!

    Variations: Replace 1 scoop of vanilla ice-cream with 1 scoop of orange sorbet -or- 1 scoop of non-fat plain yogurt.
