    1 lb Chocolate; milk or dark (we prefer bittersweet)
    6 oz Butter
    1 tablespoon Flour
    4 Eggs
    2 tablespoons Sugar

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter together. Add flour. Combine eggs and sugar and heat over a double broiler until it reaches 110 degrees. Whip the egg mixture until it doubles in volume. Fold the chocolate into the egg mixture. Pour into a dry pie tin and bake in a 300-degree, pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes on a rack, then place in the fridge to cool for an additional 60 minutes. To release from pan, place briefly in a bowl of hot water to loosen sides. Invert the pie tin and slice with a hot, dry knife. Garnish with powdered sugar or top with fresh raspberries.
