Dean's Ass Kickin Buffalo Style Wings

3 to 5 lbs of wings
Franks hot sauce
Couple of sticks of margarine (1/2 lb)
White vinegar
Minced garlic (if desired) Recipe
Cut up wings and discard the tips. For the unintiated they are now refered to as drums and flats.
Prepare sauce. Melt the margarine add hot sauce to taste, then add two tablespoons white vinegar and cook sauce until it starts to thicken.
Fry wings to a golden brown in oil at between 350-375 degrees.
Use a container with a cover that will hold a decent amount of wings, add part of the sauce to the bottom ( now add the minced garlic if you want) and toss until coated.
Now you can eat them like this or some people will put them on a cookie sheet and broil them in the oven for a few minutes ( less messy this way). I've had them both ways and they're great either way.
