    Habanero Smoking Wings

    5 pounds chicken wings
    2 tablespoons butter
    6-12 Habanero's
    2 tablespoons crushed garlic
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup honey
    6 ounces tomato paste
    1 (12 ounce) bottle Franks Hot Sauce

    Recipe



    Chop Habaneros and garlic; saute in butter for about 5 minutes.

    Add next 3 ingredients; simmer for 10-20 minutes.

    Add hot sauce and simmer an additional 5 minutes. Allow to cool and blend to a smooth sauce. Pour some on the wings to coat and refrigerate 2-24 hours. Grill indirect until done. Pour remainder of sauce over wings and enjoy.

    Comments: 6 peppers is enjoyable - if you have a high tolerance to pain try 12!
