    1 individual sponge cake
    1 tablespoon orange juice
    1/4 cup lemon chiffon sugar-free nonfat yogurt
    1/4 cup thawed frozen fat-free nondairy whipped topping
    2/3 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries
    Mint leaves (optional)

    Recipe



    Place sponge cake on serving plate. Drizzle with orange juice.

    Fold together yogurt and whipped topping. Spoon half of mixture onto cake. Top with berries and remaining yogurt mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and orange peel.
