    1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) broccoli
    1/4 cup fresh shredded carrots
    1/2 cup sliced cucumber
    1/4 cup sliced red onion
    1/4 cup sliced radishes
    1/4 cup snow peas
    fat free italian dressing or 2 tbls. soy sauce (lo-sodium), or fat free ranch with salsa stirred in

    Toast pita bread. Mix veggies and dressing or soy sauce in small bowl.

    Spoon veggie mixture into pita.

    Add additional soy sauce or dressing to taste.
