    SIDE: Broccoli and Garlic

    2 teaspoons peanut oil
    3 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 teaspoon minced ginger
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1/2 cup fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
    2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
    Salt and pepper

    Recipe



    In a wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and saute for 30 seconds.

    Add the broccoli and broth, cover, and steam for 3-4 minutes.

    Top with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.

    One 1/2-cup serving equals: Calories: 42, Fat: 3 g, Cholesterol: 0 mg, Sodium: 25 mg, Carbohydrate: 3 g, Dietary Fiber: 1 g, Sugars: 2 g, Protein: 2 g ++++ Exchanges: 1 Vegetable, 1/2 Fat +++++ WWP: 1
