    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    6 egg whites
    4 cups cooked rice -- cold
    1 cup green peas
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1/3 cup green onions -- chopped

    Recipe



    Combine the sesame oil, eggs and egg whites in a small bowl; stir well and set aside. Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok that has been sprayed with non-stick spray over medium-high heat. Add egg mixture and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add rice; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add green peas, salt and pepper; stir-fry 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts and green onions; stir-fry 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
