    List of Ingredients




    Bowtie Pasta
    Alfredo Cream Sauce (8 oz)
    Roasted Pine Nuts (1 tbsp)
    Poached Mushrooms (1 oz)
    Poached Chicken (3 oz)
    Lemon Juice (just a small squirt)
    Fresh Spinach (1 oz)
    Parmesan Cheese (shredded) (2 oz)

    Recipe



    Cook your pasta and set aside. In a saute pan, combine Alfredo Cream Sauce (half heavy cream, half milk, kosher salt and chopped garlic), pine nuts, poached mushrooms, poached chicken and heat throughly. Add the lemon juice, fresh spinach and parmesan cheese and then immediatley add your cooked pasta. Toss and heat for about a minute until it has coated the pasta and has slightly thickened.
