    Recipe originated from the Cowboys on the Range..big oatmeal cookies, to fill a hungry cowpoke..


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 C flour
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. b. powder
    • 1 cup butter
    • 1 cup sugar (white)
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 c. rolled oats
    • 1 cup choclate chips


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and sugars, mix in dry ingredients,
    2. Drop by generous teaspoonfuls
    3. bake 350* till golden
