• 2 cups chopped onion
  
• 1/4 cup margarine
  
• 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
  
• 1 1/2 cups self rising corn meal
  
• 1 tablespoon sugar
  
• 2 eggs, beaten
  
• 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can cream corn
  
• 1/4 cup milk
  
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  






Instructions



1. Saute onion in margarine until tender. Let cool. Stir in sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese. Set aside. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour into lightly greased 9-inch pan. Spread sour cream mixture over top and sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
