List of Ingredients



• 2 eggs
  
• 2 cups milk
  
• 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  
• 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  
• 2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
  
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
  
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  






Instructions



1. Beat the eggs well. Mix together ingredients in order given (sift flour before measuring). Pour into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 inch by 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden and tests done.
   
2. Yield: 2 loaves
