• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  
• 2 2/3 cups bread flour
  
• 1 1/3 cups whole grain wheat flour
  
• 1 1/3 teaspoons salt
  
• 1 1/3 teaspoons sugar
  
• 2/3 cup jam
  
• 2 2/3 tablespoons applesauce
  
• 1 1/3 cup water

1. Put all ingredients into pan in order. Select light crust and start machine.
