    List of Ingredients


    • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
    • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 3 ounces sliced pepperoni, chopped (can use veggies or other meat)
    • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives (optional)


    Instructions


    1. On a lightly floured board, roll dough out to a 12" square.

    2. Spread pizza sauce over dough and layer with remaining ingredients.

    3. Toll dough up tightly in jelly roll fashion; pinch along edge to seal.

    4. Using a sharp knife, cut roll into 12 equal pieces.

    5. Place pieces in cups of greased muffin pan, swirl side up.

    6. Let rise until double in size.

    7. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    8. Makes 12 servings.

    9. Nutritional info. per serving: 210 calories, 22 g carbs, 20 mg, cholesterol, 10 g fat, 10 g protein, 570m mg sodium (this is with using the pepperoni).
