Bread Machine: White Chocolate Cinnamon Bread

• 1/2 cup luke warm milk
  
• 3/4 cup luke warm water
  
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  
• 2 tablespoons sugar
  
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  
• 2 tablespoons butter
  
• 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  
• 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  
• 8 ounces white chocolate coarsely chopped or 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips
  






Instructions



1. Place ingredients, except white chocolate, in bread machine pan in the order given by manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic setting and Light Crust; press Start. Add the chopped white chocolate or chips at the beep or second kneading cycle. Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
