    Eggs: Breakfast Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups frozen hash browns
    • 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 8 ounces turkey ham, diced
    • 1 can mushroom slices
    • 2 cups egg beaters


    Instructions


    1. Spray 9x9 inch baking dish with pam. Layer first 4 ingredients, beat Egg beaters and add salt and pepper to taste then pour over layered mixture. Cover and let stand over night. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes until center is firm.
