    Bread: Monkey Bread

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 large cans buttermilk biscuits
    • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup pecans, whole or chopped
    • 1/2 cup margarine


    Instructions


    1. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

    2. Quarter each biscuit and roll in cinnamon sugar.

    3. In an angel food cake pan, put a layer of coated biscuits in bottom and sprinkle with pecans.

    4. Repeat layers until all biscuits and pecans are gone.

    5. Melt margarine and combine with brown sugar.

    6. Boil for 1 minute.

    7. Pour over biscuits, drizzling syrup over all areas.

    8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
