    Doughnuts: Speedy Doughnuts

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 quart oil, for deep frying
    • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
    • Powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar mixture or glaze


    Instructions


    1. In a deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, heat about 1 quart oil to 350 degrees.

    2. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Cut holes in center of biscuits.

    3. Fry biscuits and holes for about 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Drain.

    4. If desired, roll doughnuts and holes in powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar mixture or drizzle with glaze.

    5. Serve warm.

    6. Makes 10 doughnuts
