    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups bisquick baking mix
    • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
    • 1/2 cup raisins, optional
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tablespoon orange juice
    • 1 egg, beaten


    Instructions


    1. Mix bisquick, marmalade, raisins, spices, 2 eggs and juice until moist.
    2. Turn dough onto floured surface; sprinkle with flour.
    3. Roll into 9" circle. Cut into 12 wedges with sharp, floured knife.
    4. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
    5. Alternate wedges, wide and narrow ends, on ungreased cookie sheet.
    6. Bake at 400 degrees about 12 to 14 minutes.
