List of Ingredients
- 2 cups diced, cooked ham
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen hashbrowns
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon instant onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine ham, potatoes, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Stir milk, bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Pour over potato mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
