    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups diced, cooked ham
    • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen hashbrowns
    • 1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
    • 1 tablespoon instant onion
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1 cup bisquick
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 4 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine ham, potatoes, bell pepper, onion and 1 cup of the cheese.
    2. Stir milk, bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Pour over potato mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
